How do I create a Fastcoin account?

Creating a Fastcoin account is simple. Click on the 'Sign Up' button at the top right of our website, fill in your email address and create a password. You'll then need to verify your email address and complete our KYC process to start using all features.

What documents do I need for KYC verification?

For KYC verification, you'll need a government-issued ID (passport, national ID card, or driver's license), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement not older than 3 months), and you'll be required to take a selfie for facial verification.

How long does the verification process take?

Standard verification typically takes 24-48 hours. During peak periods, it may take up to 72 hours. For express verification, premium account holders can get verified within 4 hours.

What currencies can I exchange on Fastcoin?

What are the exchange rates and fees?

Our exchange rates are updated every 15 minutes based on market conditions. We offer competitive rates with a small margin. Our standard fee is 0.5% per transaction, with discounts available for premium users and large transactions.

How long do transactions take to process?

Most currency exchanges are processed instantly. Bank transfers typically take 1-2 business days, depending on your bank and country. International wire transfers may take 2-5 business days.

Is there a limit to how much I can exchange?

Basic accounts have daily limits of $5,000 and monthly limits of $20,000. Premium accounts have higher limits, and business accounts can have customized limits based on their needs. All limits can be viewed in your account settings.
